Matthew Wayne Griggs, a 46-year-old man, vanished in Trinidad, Colorado, under circumstances that remain unclear. The last known contact with him was a telephone conversation with his mother on May 22, 2019. This call occurred after he was released from a medical facility in Trinidad. Following this, there is a report that he may have been at a gathering in the 600 block of Clark Avenue in Trinidad where an altercation took place in late May.
