Owen Lee Jones, a 4-year-old boy, went missing on May 23, 2019, while playing at Riley Park in Delphi, Indiana. He was near the edge of Deer Creek when he accidentally fell into the water. The creek, swollen due to recent storms, carried him away despite witnesses seeing him struggle. A massive search was conducted, but no trace of Owen was found, except for his shoes left at the scene. Authorities believe he drowned, but his body has never been recovered. The case remains open.
