In the early summer of 2019, a young father named Francisco Cruz-Palacios vanished from the small town of Selma, North Carolina. At 22 years old, Francisco was last seen on June 16th in the 500 block of Winston Circle. His family grew deeply concerned when he failed to return home and they were unable to make contact with him.
