Joseph Taylor, aged 79, was last seen on June 16, 2019, in Savannah, Georgia. He left a friend's house on Wexler Street around noon, planning to visit his family on East Waldburg Street. However, he never arrived, and later that day, around 8:00 p.m., a family member spoke with him briefly over the phone. During the call, it sounded as though he was driving, but his location was unclear.
