Joel Stephany, a 27-year-old man from Lima, New York, was last seen on August 27, 2019. He had been picked up by a friend from his apartment in Honeoye and driven to Rochester, New York. Joel was last spotted in the area of North Clinton Avenue in Rochester around 7:30 p.m., but he never returned to his apartment and was reported missing two days later, on August 29.
