Ryan Cooper, aged 22, was last seen on May 16, 1999, in Rochester, New York. He left behind a son and a pregnant girlfriend. Ryan's disappearance is linked to a larger criminal investigation involving his cousins, James Kendrick and Pablo Plaza, who were part of a violent drug-trafficking organization. Both Kendrick and Plaza were later convicted in connection with Ryan's murder, as well as the murder of another individual, Francisco Santos.
