Robert Reeves Jr., a 22-year-old from Rochester, New York, was last seen on December 30, 1983. On the day of his disappearance, Reeves was reportedly intoxicated and walking towards Irondequoit Creek near Panorama Plaza. He was wearing a Timex wristwatch at the time, and he had a distinctive linear scar down the center of his chest. Despite efforts to locate him, he has never been heard from again, and few details have emerged about the circumstances of his disappearance.
