Andre Julian Moten Jr., a 22-year-old Black man known to those close to him as "Dre," was last seen during the early morning hours of October 18, 2019, in Humble, Texas. Andre lived with his father near Timber Forest Drive in the Atascocita area of Harris County. According to accounts later provided by his family, Andre received a telephone call from a friend at approximately 2:00 a.m. and then left the residence.
