Hamil Cody Ross, a 33-year-old man from Odessa, Texas, was last seen on November 9, 2019. He was traveling with a crew to a job site in Midland County around 2 a.m. when an incident occurred. According to reports, Ross’s crew stopped on the side of the road for directions, and after resuming their journey, they realized he was no longer with them. Conflicting accounts have emerged about what happened next, with some suggesting Ross had a disagreement with crew members and walked away.
