In the spring of 1968, a young woman named Winnefred Jeanette Freeman, age 20, disappeared from Portland, Oregon. On May 8th, she was seen for the last time. Winnefred, a Black female with black hair and brown eyes, stood at 5'4' and weighed around 115 pounds.
