In the summer of 1976, a young man named Raymond 'Ray' Arruebarrena Jr. vanished from the vibrant streets of New Orleans, Louisiana, leaving behind a void that has been filled only with questions for decades. At 19 years old, Raymond was last seen on July 3rd of that year. The days turned into weeks, and the weeks into years, with no word from him.
