Bertha Gould, a 14-year-old girl, was last seen on the night of May 11, 1978, in Morgan City, Louisiana. She and her friend, Judy Ann Adams, had been attending a school fair at the Central Catholic High School. Around 11:30 p.m., a witness reported seeing both girls get into a white car driven by an unidentified man. This was the last confirmed sighting of Bertha, and she has not been seen since.
