Rachel Karr, a 27-year-old woman, went missing from Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 21, 1981. At the time of her disappearance, she was co-owner of a used car lot on Fremont Street. Investigations into her case revealed that her disappearance was connected to a financial dispute. Leonard D. Vignolo Sr. was later convicted of her murder, although Karr's remains were never recovered.
