Ezel Perry, a 65-year-old Black/African American male, was reported missing from New York, New York, after he was last seen on August 23, 1985. At the time of his disappearance, Perry was described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. He had gray or partially gray hair and brown eyes. The clothing he was last seen wearing consisted of a baseball cap, a black jacket, gray trousers, and brown shoes.
