William James "Bill" Tugman, 29, of Juneau, Alaska, has been missing since October 30, 1986, following a boating accident. He was aboard the fishing vessel *Danube* in the Gastineau Channel near Marmion Island when the incident occurred. Tugman, along with the vessel's owner, William Scott Lewis, and another crew member, Tom Kelly, disappeared during a crabbing trip. All three men were from Juneau and are presumed to be deceased.
