Reports indicate that Kennedy asked his friend for a ride home, but the friend was not ready to leave. Consequently, Kennedy left the establishment on foot and has not been seen or heard from since. Prior to visiting the inn, he had left his residence in Muskego around noon on the same day.
At the time of his disappearance, Patrick Kennedy was described as a 22-year-old Caucasian male with blond or strawberry-blond hair and blue eyes. He stood between 6 feet 3 inches and 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighed approximately 170 to 180 pounds. He was last known to be wearing metal, wire-rimmed glasses. The clothing he was wearing on the day he went missing is not publicly known.
The Muskego Police Department investigated Kennedy's disappearance, and the case remains an unsolved cold case. Over the years, there have been no significant leads to determine his whereabouts or the circumstances of what happened to him after he left the Black Duck Inn.
