Steven Soileau, a 23-year-old Black / African American male, was last seen on May 29, 1990, in Mamou, Louisiana. He was at a Memorial Day celebration with his family at the time of his disappearance. Soileau is described as having black hair and brown eyes. At the time he went missing, he stood at 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighed approximately 135 pounds.
