Artavia Howard Missing Person Case

Artavia Howard, a 23-year-old woman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was last heard from on December 25, 1995. Her mother reported her missing nearly 18 years later, on April 22, 2013, to the Peoria, Illinois Police Department. Artavia's mother stated that their last contact was on Christmas Day of 1995, while a friend reported having a phone conversation with Artavia sometime in 1998. There is limited information regarding the circumstances of her disappearance.

According to investigations, there were possible indications that Artavia may have lived in other locations, including Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Fayetteville, North Carolina, after her disappearance. Despite these leads, her whereabouts remain unknown. Artavia was 4'8" to 4'11" tall, weighed between 120 and 140 pounds, and had brown hair and eyes. She may have also used the name Artavia Baldwin.
