Artavia Howard, a 23-year-old woman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was last heard from on December 25, 1995. Her mother reported her missing nearly 18 years later, on April 22, 2013, to the Peoria, Illinois Police Department. Artavia's mother stated that their last contact was on Christmas Day of 1995, while a friend reported having a phone conversation with Artavia sometime in 1998. There is limited information regarding the circumstances of her disappearance.
