Howard Kenneth Woolwine, a 73-year-old man, went missing on August 15, 1998, from Martinsville, Virginia. He was last seen at 6:15 a.m. leaving the Hairston Home for Adults, a residential care facility where he resided. Woolwine, who suffered from serious medical conditions, including Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer’s, required regular medication.
