Paul Edward Cox Jr., 62, was last seen on June 1, 2020, in Rockwood, Tennessee. He was reported missing several months later, in October 2020, after he failed to return from a walk near his daughter’s apartment. Cox, who was disabled, stood 5’5” tall and weighed 135 pounds.
