In the late summer of 2008, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a 42-year-old woman named Shelia A. Moten vanished. She was last seen on August 2, 2008, in the 5600 block of St. Katherine Street. Following that day, Shelia was never seen or heard from again, leaving her loved ones in a state of profound uncertainty and distress.
