Shelia A. Moten, 42, was last seen on August 2, 2008, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was reported missing after being seen in the 5600 block of St. Katherine Street. There have been no reports or confirmed sightings of her since that day, and the details surrounding her disappearance remain unclear. At the time she went missing, Shelia was described as 5'6" tall, weighing around 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She also had a distinctive tattoo on her face and pierced ears.
