On a summer day in July of 2010, 53-year-old Patricia Ann Barksdale was last seen in Liberty, a town nestled in Sullivan County, New York. On that day, July 19th, she was comfortably dressed in sweatpants, a t-shirt, and flip-flops. Patricia is a Black / African American woman with very short black hair and brown eyes.
