In the winter of 2013, the life of 33-year-old Travis Jermaine Allen took a turn that left his family and friends in a state of prolonged uncertainty. He was last seen in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on December 27, 2013, in the 4900 block of Jean Street. At the time of his disappearance, Travis was wearing a black fleece jacket or vest and blue jeans.
