Robert Leon Banks Jr., a 76-year-old man from Leesburg, Virginia, was last seen on September 19, 2017. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a green shirt, black pants, and a black baseball cap. Banks, who used a wheelchair due to the amputation of his lower right leg, also wore eyeglasses and had graying black hair and brown eyes. Despite his mobility challenges, no traces of him have been found since that day.
