In the autumn of 2017, concern grew for the well-being of a 76-year-old man from Leesburg, Virginia. Robert Leon Banks Jr., a Black male with graying black hair and brown eyes, was last seen on September 19, 2017. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5'9' and weighing 192 pounds.
