In the autumn of 2017, the life of a young family in Oklahoma City was forever altered. Joseph Emmanuel Lartey II, a 26-year-old Black / African American male, was last seen on September 28, 2017. His last known location was in the 5500 block of South Anderson Road in Oklahoma City. At the time of his disappearance, Joseph was described as being between 5'7' and 5'8' tall and weighing between 130 and 150 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes.
