In the late spring of 2018, the life of 51-year-old Kimberly L. Ellis took a distressing turn. On May 16, 2018, she was reportedly asked to leave her residence in Greenbrier, Tennessee. A few weeks later, on June 7, 2018, her niece saw her for what would be the last time in Greenbrier. The final known communication with Kimberly occurred on June 11, 2018, when she spoke to her niece by phone.
