Jose Juan De La Garza, a 31-year-old man from Brownsville, Texas, was last seen on August 27, 2019. He was reportedly riding a Schwinn bicycle in the 200 block of Thomas Street around noon on that day. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a beige American Eagle shirt, blue and beige plaid shorts, and black sandals. Since that day, no further contact has been made, and he has not been heard from.
