Luis Ramos-Engroba, age 35, disappeared on November 7, 2019, while boating near Key Largo, Florida. He was last seen at the Caribbean Club, a popular gathering spot in the area, before embarking on a 23-foot Proline vessel with two others. The group was reported missing after their boat failed to return as expected. The U.S. Coast Guard initiated a search operation, which involved both aerial and maritime units scouring the waters off the coast of Key Largo.
