Tina Donovan, a 45-year-old woman from Ottawa, Illinois, was last seen on January 13, 2020. She was captured on surveillance withdrawing money from her bank at 1:45 p.m. that day. Her phone later pinged near Starved Rock State Park at 5:23 p.m., where her vehicle was found parked near the Starved Rock Lodge. A woman matching her description, using crutches and wearing a black walking boot, was seen on video heading towards a trail.
