Jess Allen Steeves, aged 47, was last seen on January 26, 2020, in Battle Creek, Michigan. On that day, Jess left his sister's apartment at approximately 7:30 p.m. She assumed he was heading back to his own home, but he never arrived. At the time of his disappearance, Jess was on foot, wearing a camouflage hunting jumpsuit. He is described as being around 5 feet 10 inches tall, with shoulder-length, curly, dishwater blonde hair, blue eyes, and weighing approximately 160 pounds.
