Richard Halliday, a 21-year-old Army private, was last seen on July 23, 2020, at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. His disappearance was first noted after he failed to report for duty, initially being classified as "Absent Without Leave" (AWOL). It was later discovered that Halliday's last known sighting occurred on July 23, rather than July 24, 2020, as initially believed. This shifted the timeline of his disappearance.
