Marvin Simpson, 42, was last seen on August 26, 2020, in the Tatum Heights neighborhood of Carbondale, Illinois. He had been dropped off in the area around 11 p.m. that evening, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and possibly a skeleton face mask. Simpson, who wears glasses, has not been heard from since. That same night, an anonymous caller reported suspicious activity in the vicinity where Simpson was last seen, which raised concerns about his safety.
