In the late fall of 2020, Derrick Lashune Evans Jr., known to his loved ones as 'Tank' or 'Roman,' vanished from his home in Valdosta, Georgia. At 26 years old, Derrick was in the midst of undergoing cancer treatment, a fact that made his sudden disappearance even more distressing for his family.
