Arthur Harry Eckert, a 52-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, went missing on March 2, 1986. He left his home that morning around 8:00 a.m., reportedly on his way to attend horse races in Austin. Driving a tan and brown 1974 Chevrolet, he never made it to his destination, and he has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Eckert resided at a permanent address on Overhill Drive but also frequented other locations, including a hotel in San Antonio.
