Jeffrey Stewart Christian Immel, a 33-year-old man, was last seen on February 8, 1989, in Alameda, California. He was on his boat, headed toward San Francisco Bay. The following day, on February 9, 1989, his boat was discovered submerged in the bay, but there was no sign of Jeffrey at the scene. Authorities believe he may have drowned, but his body was never recovered.
