Robert Blair Sturgill, a 30-year-old man, was last seen on June 1, 1990, in Lucerne, California. At the time of his disappearance, Sturgill stood 5'8", weighed 210 pounds, and had blond hair and blue eyes. He also had a distinct inch-long scar near his left eye.
