In the summer of 1997, a 28-year-old woman named Rhea Ann Ochoa vanished from the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community in Scottsdale, Arizona. On June 17th, Rhea was last observed walking away from a home within the tribal community housing. An enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, Rhea was a familiar face in her community.
