John Wright Dorney, aged 49, disappeared from his Boynton Beach, Florida home on March 6, 2000, under puzzling circumstances. He was last seen at his residence in the 1000 block of Meadows Circle West at approximately 11:35 a.m. that day. Dorney left behind his keys on the coffee table, and his car remained parked in the lot outside his apartment. Since that day, he has not been heard from, and no clear indications of what might have happened to him have emerged.
