Crystal Lynn Russ, a 25-year-old woman, was last seen in Houston, Texas, on April 13, 2000. She was working at an Exxon gas station near Crosstimbers Street and Interstate 45, where she was also training to become the manager. Additionally, she worked as a taxi driver. On the night of her disappearance, around 2:15 a.m., Crystal requested to leave work early due to feeling unwell from an ear infection. Her manager approved, and she left the station but was never heard from again.
A week later, Crystal's taxi was found abandoned with most of her belongings still inside. However, some unusual signs were discovered: her ID holder had been cut in half, and some Beanie Babies she intended to resell were missing. Despite thorough investigations, no trace of Crystal has been found, and her case remains unsolved. Her disappearance is classified as endangered, and the Houston Police Department continues to seek any leads that might help solve her case.
