Julio Aguilar, a 24-year-old man, was last seen on December 12, 2002, in Laredo, Texas. According to available reports, the last known activity involving Julio was his plan to cross the Rio Bravo (Rio Grande) with a small group of individuals, three or four others. This trip, however, would become his last known whereabouts, as he never returned or made contact with anyone afterward.
