In the late summer of 2017, concern began to grow for 62-year-old David Wayne Harting in Front Royal, Virginia. The last confirmed communication from him was a conversation with a friend on August 27, 2017. In the days leading up to this, between August 25th and 26th, he was seen driving his black 1999 Dodge Dakota pickup truck around town.
