David Allen Dahl, 55, went missing in the early hours of November 14, 2017, in Ramsey, Minnesota. He was last seen around 3:00 a.m., leaving the area near the 7600 block of 181st Avenue NW on foot. At the time of his disappearance, Dahl did not have a vehicle, phone, or appropriate clothing for the cold weather, as he was only dressed in a blue long-sleeved shirt and a light brown baseball cap.
