Chelsey Dawn Israel, 27, was last seen on February 25, 2018, in Garberville, California. She left her residence on Redwood Drive between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., reportedly intending to visit her children. Chelsey, who suffers from diabetes, never returned and has not been heard from since. Her boyfriend reported her missing three days later, on February 28. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing blue jeans, a black coat, a beanie, brown sneakers, and was carrying a black purse.
