Jose Rosa Chavez was a 59-year-old Hispanic/Latino man who disappeared from Phoenix, Arizona, after he was last known to be in the city on August 1, 2018. Public missing-person information places his last known location in the area of North 23rd Avenue and West Turney Avenue, a residential and commercial section of central Phoenix.
