In the summer of 2019, the quiet community of Mansfield, Louisiana, was rocked by the sudden and mysterious disappearance of 36-year-old Robert C. Ross Jr., a man affectionately known to his friends and family as 'Charlie'. On July 28, 2019, Ross, a Black / African American man, was last seen on the south side of Mansfield.
