On October 13, 2019, seasoned sailor Peter Farrell, a 72-year-old man from Oakdale, New York, embarked on a solo voyage from Fire Island. Accompanied by his dog, Sunny, Farrell set sail on his 29-foot sloop, the 'Tally Ho!,' with a planned destination of Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands, and an intended stop in Bermuda.
