Peter Farrell, a 72-year-old experienced sailor from Oakdale, New York, went missing on October 13, 2019, after setting sail from Fire Island Inlet on his 29-foot sloop, the *Tally Ho*. Farrell, who was traveling with his dog, had planned to stop in Bermuda before continuing to Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands. However, there was no record of him arriving in Bermuda, and he has not been seen or heard from since his departure.
