Stephen McGovern, a 35-year-old man from Jacksonville, Florida, was last seen on July 13, 2020. On that day, McGovern was released from the Duval County Pretrial Detention Facility and picked up by a family member. He was dropped off at the Tree Hill Nature Center on Lone Star Road, where he was supposed to meet a friend. However, after this, he disappeared, and there has been no contact with him since.
At the time of his disappearance, McGovern was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, gray pants, and a camouflage hat with a Raiders logo. He was known to frequent the Arlington neighborhood in Jacksonville and had a history of living transiently. McGovern has several distinctive tattoos, including the name "Patricia" on his abdomen, "Tyler" on his body, and other tattoos on his legs, such as a cross and the word "SOUTHSIDE."
