Stephen McGovern, a 35-year-old man from Jacksonville, Florida, was last seen on July 13, 2020. On that day, McGovern was released from the Duval County Pretrial Detention Facility and picked up by a family member. He was dropped off at the Tree Hill Nature Center on Lone Star Road, where he was supposed to meet a friend. However, after this, he disappeared, and there has been no contact with him since.
