According to her boyfriend, the two were traveling in his pickup truck when an argument ensued, leading to Myra exiting the vehicle and walking off. She has not been seen or heard from since that day.
At the time of her disappearance, Myra was described as a white female, 5'8' to 5'9' tall, weighing between 125 and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and blonde hair. She was reportedly wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a blue or gray shirt, gray leggings, and bright pink sneakers, and was carrying a Coach purse. Distinguishing marks include a scar on her left knee and a faded, laser-treated tattoo on her ankle.
The circumstances surrounding Myra's disappearance remain unclear and are based largely on the account of her boyfriend. He stated that they had been visiting another couple shortly before the incident occurred. After they left, the argument took place between 2:30 and 4:00 a.m., and he claims she got out of the truck near the Duty Free Will Baptist Church on Helen Henderson Highway and began walking in the opposite direction from which they were traveling.
