Jeffrey, who often went by Jeff, is described as a white male with black hair, which he kept either thick or shaved bald, and hazel eyes. He stood between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed around 145 pounds. He had a goatee and mustache at the time of his disappearance. His body was marked by several distinct tattoos, including a cross on his left arm and the words 'RIP Dad' on his right arm. Another tattoo depicted the word 'Sagittarius' with the name 'Sabrina' below it. He also had physical marks from past injuries, including a scar on his forehead, another above his lip, and a plate in his jaw and eye socket. When last seen, he was wearing a black light jacket, a t-shirt, jeans, and black short leather hiking boots. He also had a distinctive hat with the words 'Gus's Fried Chicken' on it and was using a beige bandana as a face covering while carrying a backpack.
