According to the Hanover Borough Police Department, Amar was last spotted in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. At the time, he was wearing gray sweatpants, a black hoodie, and white, black, and gold sneakers. The police have expressed concern for Amar's safety and are actively searching for him.
